6:30 PM: come and taste Sergio Pezzoli's cocktails and Alexandre Ciriello and Jackie Ho 4 hands collaboration Menu at the Ritz-Carlton Macau.
9 November
3:30 PM : Participate to a seminar on sport, tourism and developments in the entertainment industry at the Macao Grand Prix Museum with a keynote speech by the President of the Spa Francorchamps Grand Prix (BE) and exchanges of views with some of the world's leaders in the field of the entertainment industry.
7 PM: The seminar will be followed by a the opening of several Graphic Arts exhibitions at Albergue SCM (Mathieu Flasse, Kris Provoost & Stef.) .
7:30 PM: The Albergue patio will then host a reception with world champion Sergio Pezzoli's delicious cocktails and exquisite food served by Albergue 1601. Marc Grauwels and DJ Shyne will set the evening to music.
10 November
11:00 AM: A delicious brunch arranged by Alexandre and Sergio will be served at the Ritz-Carlton Macau on Sunday morning and Marc Grauwels will give an exclusive concert in the evening.
