Marc Grauwels
MARC GRAUWELS is a renowned Belgian flutist recognized for inspiring composers worldwide, including Astor Piazzolla, who dedicated "History of the Tango" to him in 1985. He started his orchestral career at 19 with the Flemish Opera and joined the “World Orchestra” in 1986 under Carlo-Maria Giulini. In 1987, he launched his soloist career and now serves as a professor at the Royal Conservatory of Mons in Belgium. Grauwels exclusively plays custom Gold Miyazawa Flutes and has an extensive discography, showcasing his exceptional artistry.
