Alexandre Ciriello


Chef ALEXANDRE CIRIELLO is the Head Chef at the gourmet restaurant l’Horizon, which he opened in 2017 in Chaumont-Gistoux. He trained at the Pierre Romeyer hospitality school and refined his skills at Hof van Cleve with Chef Peter Goossens and Sea Grill with Chef Yves Mattagne. Known for his innovative dishes, his signature creation features Roscoff crab, sea urchin tongues, and osciètre caviar. He was named Discovery of the Year in 2018 and Young Chef of the Year 2023 for Wallonia.
