Sergio Pezzoli
SERGIO PEZZOLI is an award-winning mixologist with experience at top establishments like Hotel Metropole and Hyatt Regency. An educator, he shares his expertise and serves as a jury member for prestigious international cocktail competitions, including the Belgian European and World Championships. His recipes have been featured in Le Soir, RTBF, and LeVif.
In 2005, he won the IBA World Champion title in Helsinki with his signature drink, "Strawberry Night," a blend of vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, apple liqueur, passion fruit juice, fresh strawberry juice, and syrup, garnished with cape gooseberry, kumquat, pineapple leaves, and a vanilla bean.
