Quentin Mailet

QUENTIN’s passion for photography began in childhood, influenced by a father who photographed the stars and a mother who painted nature. He took his first photos at age 10 during school trips, and extensive travels across Latin America, Oceania, Asia, and Central Europe deepened his understanding of humanity’s connection to land and food—a theme he explored in his Master's in Political Sciences.

After five years working in kitchens, Quentin returned to photography, specializing in capturing the essence of craftsmanship. He documents chefs, farmers, and artisans in their workspaces, aiming to highlight the dedication and passion of those who work with their hands, from chefs to beekeepers and ceramicists.
