A spontaneous trio of multicultural music and experimental live looping performances, Mishy, Nero and Yip Yiu Kwan (中E師) are on a mission to introduce a unique new way to experience cantopop, blending electronic beats, traditional Chinese instruments, a hint of jazz flavours, and sensual sounds from both the East and the West. Exclusively curated for the audience of Blend Music Festival, Singer-songwriter Mishy Lee invites renowned erhu musician Nero and DJ/ producer 中E師 to reimagine a series of cantopop music she has written for ViuTV reality TV show programs, looped, performed, and layered in real time.
